Tips for visiting Ihwa Mural Village

Hey peeps! It is Korea blog post again yayyyy. Besides Miss Lee Cafe and 10x10, we also visited Ihwa Mural Village which is located nearby Hyehwa too. I think this place deserves to have its individual blog post because the place is so amazing ! This village has colorful, subtle and creative murals that you can take a look as you stroll up and downThere were approximately 60 artists who really worked hard to paint walls and install artworks in order to beautify the village.

The weather was freaking hot when we were here. The hot scorching sun almost killed us omg.
TIPS : Don't ever come here in the afternoon during summer T.T

 Spot Namsan Tower :b

As you can see from this picture, the pavement here has highs and lows. You need to walk up a steep pavement before indulging yourself into arts.

TIPS: Don't forget to wear suitable footwear.

An uncle is sitting on a comfort chair . How relaxed !

Awww the ladybirds are so cute <3

TIPS: Reach as early as possible to avoid waiting for photos

There are always full of people at the places with famous artworks like " fishes" and "angel's wing" . So you need to wait for your turn to take photos. We decided to pay a visit to the shops beside the " fishes" artwork instead of waiting under the scorching sun. Surprisingly, we discovered something interesting !

We were attracted by this lovely yellow shophouse decorated with postcards . Eventually, We went inside the shop without hesitation.

There is a plethora of postcards to choose from.  Tourists attraction cards, sepia and tinted black & white, cartoons , illustrations and graphics cards.

TIPS: If you are a person who send postcards to friends and family when travelling, it is highly recommended to pay a visit here ( just located beside " fishes" artwork )

For me, sending postcards was a fun part of our Korea Trip experience. I enjoy writing the greetings seasoned with honey to my friends and family.

Those stamps were super cute! <3

People started to disperse by the time we went out from the shop. We spent a long time inside the shop, I supposed.

Photo section :D

This artwork is amazing. This is so crazyyyyyy!!!! As you can see, it looks like 3D but it is actually 2D

End my post with our welfie ! Stay tuned for the next post HAHAHHAA byeeeee.
